Key Responsibilities

• - Greet guests warmly and provide a positive, engaging customer experience

• - Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system

• - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Irie Pops standards

• - Assist with basic food preparation as needed

• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including counters, equipment, retail and outside areas

• - Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management

• - Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines

• - Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns in a professional manner

• - Support team members during busy service periods

• - Open and/or close the shop following established procedures (as scheduled)

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• - Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude

• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• - Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency

• - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• - Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS systems

• - Willingness to learn food and beverage service standards

• - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• - Previous café, coffee shop, or food service experience preferred but not required
