Position: Manager | Irie Pops St. John USVI

Position Overview
The Irie Pops Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading the team to deliver consistently excellent service, quality products, and a welcoming guest experience. This role plays a key part in building a positive workplace culture while supporting operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Staffing: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while upholding company standards and policies.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily service flow, ensure equipment is maintained, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
- Customer Experience: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.
- Financial Oversight: Manage cash handling, control costs, track daily sales, and support overall profitability.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Leadership & Management: Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Hospitality & Customer Service: Friendly, professional communication skills and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality; knowledge of food safety practices required.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; additional education in business or management is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
